*Mineral Rights

Grove Creek Ranch is located in an active oil/gas area.  Unless otherwise negotiated, the Seller will convey all of the mineral rights they own, subject to reservation by prior owners.  A mineral rights examination was completed in 2004-05 and can be supplied to an earnest buyer prospect upon request as long as it is understood by the Buyer that Seller in no way makes any representations regarding this documentation and that Buyer must rely upon their own investigation of any mineral rights in their decisions to purchase the ranch.
